I can't access my account

To login to your account, you can always go to app.nmbrs.hr. You can also use your HR app domain name directly into the URL. For example company.nmbrs.hr.


You might receive the message "Domain does not exist."
- Check your domain. Your domain is usually your company name or similar to your email domain. If you put in your domain, please make sure you don't use .com, @ or www. 

I don't receive an email to reset my password
- To be able to send you a reset password email, we need to know your app domain. Make sure the domain is correct before you request a password reset.
