Action activity (History)

Email

Nmbrs® HR doesn't support history for emails that have been added by users via the email client tools. However, the date and time the email was added to Nmbrs® HR are stored, as well as the date the email was sent. An email can only be removed by the user who added it.

Notes and files

Nmbrs® HR doesn't support history for notes and files. However, they do have an editable date while adding them. A note or file can only be removed by the user who created the note or uploaded the file.

Action

Every activity related to an action will be saved as history:
- New action
- Title change
- Due date change 
- Details change
- Assignee change
- Action completed
- Action re-opened
- Action removed
- File added or removed
- "Shared with" change

Person

An activity is stored whenever changes for a person are saved. Next to the who and when, the previous and current values are provided as well.

List of activities that are registered:
- New person
- Name change
- Function change
- Type change
- Tags change
- Image change
- Address change
- Contact information change
- Added or removed from team
- Active/Inactive change

Team

An activity is stored whenever changes for a team are saved. Next to the who and when, the previous and current values are provided as well.

List of activities that are registered: 
- New team
- Name change
- Image change
- Tags change
- Added or removed member
- Team manager change

Case

An activity is stored whenever changes for a case are saved. Next to the who and when, the previous and current values are provided as well.

List of activities that are registered:
- New Case
- Title change
- Details change
- Tags change
- Added or removed workflow
- Added or removed contact
- Assignee change
- Case closed
- Case re-opened
- Case removed
