The take-off sessions are meant specifically for HR-managers using the application on a daily base. As an HR-manager you are allowed to bring your colleagues, advisors, etc.

Start your very own Nmbrs® HR application assisted by the developers of Nmbrs® HR. We will guarantee you (if you meet our participation requirements) to go home with a fully functional and connected Nmbrs® HR application.
- your people (employees) are synced with your payroll app;
- your email application stores email to Nmbrs® HR;
- you are able to create form templates, use and share them;
- you are able to create document templates in Word;
- create official documents (contracts, confirmation letters, etc.); and
- create workflows for recurring cases.

You are very welcome from 09.30 to have a coffee! Our sessions start at 10:00 and end at approximately 15:00. Lunch, coffee and tea are included.
- Google Apps for Work
In Gmail, look for the icon with 9 squares (App drawer). Open this menu and scroll down. Look for "More from Apps Marketplace". This option provides access to the Apps for Work Marketplace. Here you can find and install the Nmbrs® HR email gadget. Please contact your IT department or administrator if you do not have the option to open or install Google gadgets from the Google Marketplace.
- Office 365
Open outlook.office365.com, login and go to "Settings" (cogwheel icon in the upper right of your browser window).
Select "Manage add-ins". Click on the blue highlighted text to find more add-ins in the Office Store. You can also find the Office Store at store.office.com (select Outlook). Search for, select and install the Nmbrs® HR add-in.
- Microsoft Outlook, versions from 2013
The MS Office Store is available in Outlook versions starting from 2013. Look for a blue hexagon or red shopping bag icon in the "Insert" menu. You need to connect to an MS Exchange or Office 360 account to be able to get access to the Office Store. Microsoft only supports the office store for Exchange versions from 2013 with SP1 onward. Please contact your IT department or administrator if you do not have the option to open or install add-ins from the Office Store.
The use of Nmbrs® HR will be very convenient if you already use Nmbrs® Payroll and connect these two apps. Please make sure that you meet the requirements to connect your Payroll and HR apps.
- Nmbrs® Payroll managed by your payroll provider
Owner access to Nmbrs® Payroll is required to be able to start a connection. Please ask your payroll provider to assign debtor ownership to your user account. Your payroll provider should also provide you access to the Nmbrs® HR menu. Please share this article with your payroll provider. Once everything is set, you will be able to go to "My account" from the menu in the upper right of the window in Nmbrs® Payroll.
- Nmbrs® Payroll Business
Owner access to Nmbrs® Payroll is required to be able to start a connection. Only the owner has the option "My account" in the menu in the upper right of the window in Nmbrs® Payroll.
Access to your email account is highly recommended! You need to activate accounts and approve IP-addresses to login to our apps.Register
